1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ju77 This serves as a legal agreement between the platform and its users. By registering on ju77 or using the platform, you are considered to have read and fully agreed to all these terms and conditions.

2 Account Registration

3 Deposits & Payments

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000 (fifty thousand BDT).
• Supported payments: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, USDT & BTC.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 30 seconds to 5 minutes.
• If a deposit is unsuccessful, a refund will be automatically issued within 24 hours.

Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. You must deposit using your own mobile banking account.

4 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions must be met before withdrawing any winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳300 (three hundred BDT).
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳2,00,000 (two lakh BDT).
• Withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Standard withdrawals are completed within 3–15 minutes.
• Large withdrawals (above ৳50,000) may take up to 24 hours to process.

Reasons for Withdrawal Rejection

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ju77's bonuses and promotions each come with their own terms, which are clearly stated on the bonus page. General rules:

• The welcome bonus is for new users only and applies once on the first deposit.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the required wagering conditions must be met.
• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus validity is typically 7–30 days; any expired bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• Ju77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

6 Gaming Rules

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, that round will be deemed void and your stake will be refunded.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses.

• Harassing or engaging in fraudulent behaviour toward other users.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

ju77 Reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• Providing false information during registration.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of fraudulent documents.
• Violation of any clause in the terms and conditions.
• Suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
• If evidence of being underage is found.

In the event of a dispute over game results, our server logs will be treated as the final and conclusive evidence.

12 Amendment of Terms & Contact

ju77 Reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be given at least 7 days' notice before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
